The Springs’ project is uniquely designed as a master planned community with up to 270 residential units (villas, lots and single--family homes), 107,000 sq. ft. of commercial space (future Conference Center, Restaurants, Fountain of Youth Institute for Natural Healing and European Spa) and a Town Center with 21 retail stores and 21 second floor condominiums.

The Springs is located on 100 acres of old Florida Native Landscape, which was recently annexed into the fast-growing City of North Port. The project’s first development will be the construction of 200 Vacation Villas and Community Center with swimming pool and fitness center.

The Springs experience will come to life in two elements, the combination of which is not available in any other resort community anywhere in the world.

In addition to standard amenities, The Springs will feature a multiple of special amenities available to residents and guests alike

	Privileges of the Friends of The Springs Membership Program. This includes free daily admission to Warm Mineral Springs for owners, guests and rental guests. Unlimited guest services include concierge and daily entertainment at The Springs Welcome Center. Access to new state-of-the-art European-designed Spa with a variety of amenities that include: large natural or swimming pool of mineral water, private outdoor mineral pools, latest spa treatment modalities, café and gift shop. Future 30,000 sq. ft. Fountain of Youth Institute for Natural Healing.

	The Springs Nature Trail full of flowers, animals, meditation areas, and a walk through the magical Australian pines. The Springs future Conference Center with 100-seat mini-theatre equipped for teleconferencing services, gift shop, and restaurants/catering facilities. Center will have capacity to serve up to 400 guests and will offer a 10% discount to villa owners for personal (weddings, etc.) or business events. The Springs Sculpture Garden spread throughout the 100 acres of property and designed by the Berta Walker Gallery.

	The Springs’ Transit System providing services throughout Wellness Community and to: Daily shopping within City of North Port; Scheduled visits to beach and evening sunsets; Drop off to boating, water sports and cruising the Myakka River’ weekly trips to Naples, Orlando, nature parks and special events.
	The Springs future Town Center with 21 retail stores and 21 second floor villas for owners, staff, special guests, and daily overnight housing. Center will contain art galleries, boutiques, real estate office, general store, travel agency, restaurants, and will be surrounded by an innovative artistic community where individual artists can work and teach from their private studios.
